384B - On Cloud Nine:
On Cloud Nine contains a medium blue eyelid shade with a frosty sheen, a matte dark chocolate brown crease shade with a touch of sparkle, and a shimmery light blue browbone shade. The beautiful brown shade is my favorite here.
The quality of this eyeshadow trio is great! The eyeshadows are soft, creamy, and very pigmented. They apply smoothly and blend very well. They last at least 8 hours on me without any fading or creasing (with a primer). The packaging is a little flimsy, and the brush included feels scratchy, but what can you expect for $2.99? The quality of the eyeshadows is amazing, and that is what's really important to me.
